Born and Raised in Las Vegas, NV by a Electrician and Schoolteacher, Eric Wilson is not only familiar with the Las Vegas Valley, but he also has the ideal foundation for Selling and Buying homes.

Eric has a long history of Persistence in both personal and Professional life. From an early age, he learned the principles of teamwork on Club and High School Varsity soccer teams. When he wasn’t playing soccer, he furthered his talents by playing and teaching piano. He even managed to find time to help lead his high school chess team to win state during his senior year!

After high school, Eric furthered his love of people and connection as a missionary in Washington state for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Upon returning, he had the opportunity to be mentored by close friends in the real estate industry. This wonderful opportunity has since given Eric the opportunity to combine his Persistence, Faith, Interpersonal Skills, and Strategic Thinking to better the lives of his clients.

During his 8 Years in Real Estate, Eric has further honed Strategic Skills to get offers Accepted in a fluctuating economy. A seasoned lender of 20+ years and colleague even nicknamed him “The Wizard” for successfully Negotiating Closing Costs for his clients more than any other agent. Knowing that getting an offer accepted requires more than the Cut-Throat Brazenness that is so common today, Eric’s genuine personality and Sharp Negotiation skills have earned him respect from agents across the valley. Eric has worked with both Buyers, Sellers, Shortsales, Foreclosures and Probate deals, making him a valuable resource to his clients.

For Eric, a job isn’t a job well done unless a client has been turned into a Friend. His mission as an agent is to Re-invent the Real Estate Experience through Honest, Transparent, and Quality Service. His ultimate hope is to influence a community based on trust and cooperation, and to leave others better than when he found them.

When he isn’t helping clients find their dream homes, Eric’s pastimes include jiu-jitsu, hiking, chess, piano, and spending time with his wife and daughter!
