With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Scott is a seasoned investor, broker, and leader
specializing in retail, mixed-use, multifamily, and medical/dental practice properties across
California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. Licensed in all four states, Scott is deeply integrated into
the commercial real estate landscape, currently serving as Senior Commercial Advisor for the
California Central Coast and as Commercial Team member for Orasi Real Estate Group in
Nevada and Arizona.

Scott’s career began in 1999, and he has since built an extensive portfolio of transactions,
cultivating a strong network of industry professionals. From 2016 to 2020, Scott served as
Managing/Principal Broker at Keller Williams Realty Central Coast, where he managed over 200
agents and brokers and oversaw 900+ transactions annually. His leadership helped shape the
success of the office and foster a culture of excellence.

An MBA graduate from Cal State Dominguez Hills and a BS in Finance from the University of
Utah, Scott combines a strategic financial acumen with in-depth knowledge of commercial real
estate. His current focus includes serving the growing niche of medical and dental practice real
estate, in addition to his long standing expertise in commercial retail and multifamily sales.

Active in the local real estate community, Scott has volunteered with the Association of Realtors
since 2021, serving as Professional Standards Chairman and as an interim member of the
Board of Directors from 2019-2021.

When he’s not negotiating deals or advising clients, Scott enjoys cycling, surfing, and spending
time with family.
